We were totally reliant on Checkatrade to source us a competent expert for our repair job. We joined and listed our needs, but unfortunately, we were left abandoned at sea. Absolutely no one reached out to us. The limited quotes we managed to get were unrealistic. Worst of all, their helpline was non-existent. We are extremely disappointed wit
